KG Equipment SRL Company Born thanks to the considerable experience during 20 years activities of founders acquired in the Engineering, Commercial and Financial sectors in the energy field from the idea to create the first Italian Company to customize not only the product but also providing new type of services to grow and satisfy the new requirements of the customers in worldwide market.
KG felt the need to change the business vision in Italy in parallel with world changes and look to the future, change the pace and not stay in the traditional steps. Outside, the KG Group has decided to adopt a Code of Conduct which sets out the principles of responsibility, transparency, fairness, efficiency, dedication, cooperation and professional optimization which identifies with and which bases its business activities on.
The purpose of the Code of Conduct is to provide guidance for KG in adopting ethical behavior, introducing a series of rules and regulations to be complied with to achieve the corporate mission, which focuses on growth and the creation of value. This can be achieved by supplying innovative products and services aiming at customer satisfaction while safeguarding the legitimate interests of all the subjects involved, the principles of fairness and equality in handling relations with employees, occupational health and safety, and compliance with current laws and regulations applying to the various fields of activity which KG EQUIPMENTS SRL is involved in.
Safety:
KG EQUIPMENTS SRL has developed a Health & Safety Policy according with Quality Management System, Quality Policy, Risk Assessment and internal Procedures, in compliance with Italian Legislative Decree D.Lgs. 81/2008.
Ensuring good and safety performances is an integral part of KG safety commitment.
Management’s role is to lead to HSE protection processes with a proactive approach in ensuring the use of safe work practices and the elimination of potential hazards by all KG employees, contractors, and visitors.
Reports of the periodic Prevention and Protection Meetings, our internal Safety Procedures, Risk Assessment Documents as well as Training and Accident Registers are available at our facility, until KG EQUIPMENTS SRL will be definetely certified OHSAS 18001.
